Another shot from this afternoon of my first white Sika stag. This chap is two or three years old, so he has been around for a while but he wasn't keen on people. Unfortunately, white Stags don't tend to live as long because of hunting or exclusion from the herd so maybe that isn't a bad thing. I am not going back for a better shot, I think I will leave him alone.
The Isle of Purbeck is a peninsula on the southern tip of the the county of Dorset in England. The photographs I take, hopefully, help to express how I feel about this magical place and show you things which you may see if you come to visit. I am a full time, professional photographer and have a gallery in Swanage. Please feel free to click on the picture to see it larger or to look at my other photographs. www.purbeckfootprints.co.uk

I would think the white Sika deer from a distant would look more like a goat than a deer:)
